DF Builders LLC was established in 2011 and has since become a prominent name in the custom building and remodeling industry. As a comprehensive general contracting company, we handle both commercial and residential projects. At DF Builders LLC, we guide our clients through every step of the process, with a strong emphasis on quality control and delivering exceptional results. You’ll work with us from beginning to end, with the owner present on-site each day. Our motto is, “If you can dream it, we can build it.” We’re dedicated to turning your vision into reality.

Meet the Owner

Dan Forrest founded his company with a clear vision: to create exceptional, high-end homes that exceed client expectations. From the very beginning, he instilled a philosophy in his team: “Every house we work on is a million-dollar home,” regardless of its size. Dan was introduced to general contracting and carpentry at a young age. This early exposure shaped his deep understanding and passion for the craft, which he continues to carry forward in his own business. As a second-generation carpenter, he takes immense pride in his craftsmanship and values building strong, lasting relationships with his clients.

Dan’s mission is to deliver each project within budget while bringing his clients’ dreams to life. Outside of work, Dan is passionate about boating. He and his wife love exploring new destinations on their boat. In addition to his professional achievements, Dan holds a 100-ton master captain’s license with the United States Coast Guard, reflecting his dedication and skill both on and off the water.
